Ghislane Guedira is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of expertise gained across the mining, real estate and consultancy sectors. Her career includes over 11 years at OCP Group, a global leader in the phosphate and phosphate derivatives industry, where she was CFO for seven years and advisor to the chairman and CEO for four years. Ms. Guedira is founder and currently managing director of Amplitude Conseil, a consultancy firm. Ms Guedira also serves as chair of the audit committees for CDG Capital and RISMA. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from ESCP Business School in Paris.
