Meryem Baroudi has over 20 years’ experience in human resources management in the mining industry.
Prior to Aya, Meryem worked as an independent HR expert consultant, leading HR projects for large companies in different sectors. Before this, she held several HR management positions at OCP S.A., the world’s largest producer of phosphate and phosphate-based products, where she began her career as an engineer in operations in 1997. Meryem was the first woman to lead open- pit mining activity at OCP.
Meryem earned a degree in civil engineering at “Ecole Hassania des Travaux Publics” in Morocco.
